Before heading inland to the outback around Kalgoorlie, we spent a day or two in Esperance at the southcoast of Western Australia: beautiful pristine snow-white beaches, a turquoise Southern Ocean and the occasional Southern Right Whale escaping the harsh winter of Antarctica.
